I thoroughly enjoy using Google Drawings as a teaching tool and a creative canvas for my students to enjoy. I like creating my own graphics. ![]() For those who say to go to the File or Edit menus, here is how you get to the Drawing program we are talking about: Open your browser (I have tried on Firefox 21.0 and Chrome 27.0.145.110 m on Win7) and go to the. Log in to you Google account if needed. On the top left click the Create button and select Drawing. When I do this this I get the following for the File and Edit menus and the 'Print settings and preview' dialog: What I want is a drawing that will print on a page in portrait orientation that goes all the way out to the margins. I haven't found anything in any of these menus to change the page orientation. Either some people are getting a different version of the drawing program in Google drive or they misunderstand what others are asking. I hope this helps people understand the issue people are trying to solve before posting the wrong solution. If yours looks different, take a screenshot and post it for others to see what you are talking about. The only thing that has allowed me to solve the problem was to zoom out and resize the canvas using the bottom right corner of the canvas. Rich Gee 18/6/2013, 12:10 น. I guess I can't include pictures. The File menu doesn't have a 'Page setup.' Menu like the document editor. It has the following items: Share New Open. See revision history Language Download as Publish to the web. Email collaborators Email as attachment Print settings and preview Print 'File->Print settings and preview' is that same as the document editor 'File->Print preview' menu. The edit menu has the following items: Undo Redo Cut Copy Paste Delete Duplicate Web clipboard Select all Select none Find and replace. ![]() Da-Thao Le 19/6/2013, 20:12 น. Click on the drawing PAGE (note: don't click on a text box, image, etc, but on a blank portion of the page) and in the bottom right hand corner there will be a dotted looking arrow head thingy (pardon the vernacular here). Anyway, if you drag that then you can enlarge the page, thereby changing the view. It isn't exact because you can't simply select 'portrait' vs 'landscape' (no idea where all these others get off having that option under 'file' or 'edit' as I definitely don't have it) but it works if you have something more horizontal to display. It seems a lot of people here are posting comments, not having got a clue what they are talking about, and ignoring repeated answers by the person who raised the question that PAGE SET up is not there in the Drawing app! If they had used the Google DRAWING and checked their own response, they would have realised that there is NO PAGE SET UP under FILE or EDIT in GOOGLE DRAWING!!!!! Also YOU CAN'T do it in PRINT SETTINGS AND PREVIEW.
